Provincial Nominee Program
Ontario's consolidated Workforce Priority Stream, launched June 2026 — three pathways covering every NOC/TEER level plus self-employed physicians. Check your signals in under two minutes.
Ontario terminated all eight of its previous OINP Express Entry-aligned streams — Human Capital Priorities, French-Speaking Skilled Worker, Skilled Trades, and the three Employer Job Offer categories (Foreign Worker, In-Demand Skills, International Student), plus Master's and PhD Graduate — on June 26, 2026, and replaced them with one consolidated Ontario Workforce Priority Stream, whose Expression of Interest portal opened August 4, 2026. It now runs three distinct pathways: one for job offers at TEER 0–3 (management, professional, technical, and skilled trades), one for TEER 4–5 (intermediate and entry-level roles, which must pay at least the occupation's median wage), and one for self-employed physicians with no job offer required at all. Meeting a pathway's minimum criteria registers an Expression of Interest — it doesn't guarantee an invitation, since Ontario ranks the EOI pool and invites based on relative competitiveness and labour-market priorities. Note that Ontario's own public "stream selector" tool still tests against the old, retired multi-stream structure — don't rely on it, or on older descriptions of the previous OINP, for anything current.
