Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3,200 candidates in all-program based Express Entry draw.
On September 19, IRCC invited 3,200 candidates to apply for permanent residence. The cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was set to 531 for the draw.
